General Waste UK provide removal and recycling of electrical waste to WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Recycling) compliant standards. WEEE disposal is the industry standard so once we remove your electrical waste, we will provide you with WEEE compliance papers as proof.
Alongside this, our team assess old electrical waste in Surrey and London including old monitor and crt displays for the most suitable route, whether recycling, re-use or environmentally friendly disposal. Equipment that cannot be recycled is sent for destruction and/or recovery of its components.
Other equipment will be broken down into parts, and those with dangerous elements are removed. The remaining material is then processed for recycling or disposal in the normal way.
